VP Support Services is a professional multi-service company based in Kingston, Jamaica, owned and operated by Venessa Palmer. We offer career and resume support, visa application assistance, H2B program consulting, cleaning services, web and app development, travel planning, and business/administrative support.

By visiting our website, booking a service, or engaging with us through any channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

• Career & Resume Services: Resume writing, revamp, cover letters, interview preparation, and career consulting.
• Visa Assistance: Guidance and document preparation for visitor, work (H-2B/J-1), and student visa applications.
• H2B Program Consulting: Eligibility screening, document prep, DS-160 guidance, employer petition support, interview prep, and pre-departure briefing.
• Cleaning Services: Residential, commercial, deep cleaning, and Airbnb/rental cleaning in Kingston and surrounding parishes.
• Web & App Development: Website design, mobile app development, landing pages, and custom digital solutions.
• Travel Planning: Vacation packages, group trips, cruise bookings, and itinerary planning.
• Business & Admin Support: Project management, inbox management, document preparation, and scheduling.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from VP Support Services.
• A booking is confirmed only after you receive written or verbal confirmation from our team.
• For services requiring in-person attendance (e.g., cleaning), you must ensure access to the property at the agreed time.
• Appointments are offered during business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Jamaica Standard Time).

• Payments are accepted via PayPal (paypal.me/vprh) or as otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are quoted in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise stated.
• A 50% deposit may be required for certain services before work begins.
• Full payment is required upfront for resume writing, career consulting, and similar digital service packages.
• Prices displayed on the website are starting prices and may vary based on scope, location, or project complexity.

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit or incur a cancellation fee of up to 25%.
• No-shows without notice will be charged the full deposit amount.
• If VP Support Services must cancel, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
• Digital products (completed resumes, documents, design files) are non-refundable once delivered.
• Cleaning services: if you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the concern at no charge.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to vpservicesja@gmail.com.

• The scope of work, timeline, and deliverables must be agreed in writing before work begins.
• Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost.
• Upon full payment, all completed deliverables become the property of the client.
• VP Support Services is not responsible for third-party service outages after project handover.

• Cleaning services are available in Kingston and surrounding parishes. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
• Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site or virtual assessment.
• Clients must ensure a safe and accessible working environment for our cleaning staff.

All content on this website is the property of VP Support Services and protected by applicable copyright laws. Deliverables created for clients are transferred to the client upon full payment.

To the fullest extent permitted by Jamaican law, VP Support Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All client information, documents, and business details shared with VP Support Services are treated as strictly confidential. Our team and contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
